Prices All prices quoted by Floral Design Essentials (FDE) on websites, by phone, fax or printed literature are subject to change without notice and orders may be invoiced at prices in place at the time of order. Unless stated otherwise, all prices are FOB Atkinson, NH 03811 Payment We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards for your convenience. We suggest the use of credit cards to expedite order shipments. You will need to provide a billing address if different from your ship to address. We verify addresses for credit card orders. If arrangements are made to pay by check, your order will be shipped after receipt and (at FDE’s option) bank clearance. Cancellation An order placed by a customer and accepted by FDE, may be cancelled with FDE consent and with terms which will protect FDE from any loss. Schedule FDE will not be liable for product shortages and/or delays, the causes of which are beyond the control of FDE and/or its suppliers. Warrantees Products sold by FDE are warranted only to the extent of the original manufacturers’ warranty. Any product proven defective will be replaced upon prepaid return of unused defective product. FDE’s liability is limited to product replacement only. In no event will FDE be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of any of our products. Warranty does not apply to defects caused by accidents, misuse, tampering or improper storage. Damage Claims If you received a product with damage, regardless of what may be the cause, SAVE ALL PACKAGING, ENCLOSED PRODUCT AND NOTIFY BOTH THE DELIVERY SERVICE AND FDE. If possible, take photos documenting the damage and condition of the packaging. Although FDE is not responsible for damage in transit, we will provide any assistance necessary in filing and settling claims. If damage is hidden at the time of receipt and deemed to be not the fault of the delivery service, a claim must be made to FDE within 48 hours of receipt. FDE will decide at the time of the claim whether or not the damaged goods need to be returned. Product Returns No returns are accepted without prior authorization. That said, we want you to be happy with your purchases. If you are not pleased with a product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will try to accommodate your wishes. If a return is approved, we can only accept unused, unopened product with undamaged packaging in saleable condition. Credit will be issued as store credit only. Claims made after the 7 day period may not be honored and said returns may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. All returns must be well packed and shipped to FDE with shipping charges prepaid.
